We never come to the Bible empty handed. We come with experiences and assumptions and opinions. That means if we want to read the Bible faithfully, we also need to learn to read ourselves. In our second session together, we'll talk about strategies for understanding what we bring to the Bible with us when we read—and what to do with it.
