The global pandemic, social isolation, financial uncertainty, and now civil unrest is creating unprecedented levels of stress, and there is still no real end in sight. It is essential now, more than ever to pay attention to our mental health and wellness.  Join us in a panel discussion with three therapists among the Hope Astoria community to learn about the basics of mental health, understand how we can be impacted during this time, and learn more about the resources we have in a psychospiritual context.

Panelists include Liz Chang (LMFT), Farrah Cogdell (MHC), and Shanay Johnson (MA, MT-BC, LCAT), and the panel will be moderated by Sonal Adhav.
