On the day of Pentecost, the first followers of Jesus were gathered in a home, not a church building. It was in a home setting where history was changed as ordinary men and women were filled with the Holy Spirit and were empowered to testify to the resurrection of Jesus. During this season and our sermon series about the Holy Spirit we are seeking to recapture the simplicity of people powerfully encountering Jesus in the comfort of a home!
