We're hyped to invite you to our annual Hope retreat weekend. It's a special time for our beloved community to slow down, be renewed in God's presence, grow as disciples of Jesus, and deepen relationships within our church family. Together we'll rest, worship, connect, and encourage one another as we grow in our faith. We hope you'll join us for this meaningful weekend away!
WHO: Everyone at Hope Astoria! Singles, couples, families with children of all ages—everyone is welcome.
WHEN: Friday, November 13th (beginning with a welcome session at 9:30 PM) through Sunday, November 15th (afternoon departure).

COST: $150 per adult, which includes:
Two nights of lodging
Five meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch)
Carpool transportation
Kids ages 0–17 attend free!
Financial assistance is available (contact retreat@hopeastoria.org). Please don't let financial concerns keep you from joining us.
TRANSPORTATION: If you're able to drive yourself and others, please indicate that in the registration form. Drivers will receive $30 toward gas and tolls, and your help would be a great blessing to the group.
LODGING: Rooms vary in configuration but generally include three beds and a private bathroom. Families with babies are welcome to bring a pack-and-play if needed.
CHILDCARE: We will offer childcare and special programming during the main sessions on Saturday and Sunday for children ages 3 through 5th grade (contact farrah@hopeastoria.org or sheilla@hopeastoria.orfor more information) as well as programming for youth (contact donal@hopeastoria.org). For parents with children ages 0–2, a separate room will be available with a livestream of the sessions.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We're looking for volunteers to help with one or more childcare sessions (ages 3 through 5th grade). Volunteers may receive a $50 retreat discount. If you're interested, please indicate so on the registration form.
